今年是夢想基金會和台北市政府第12年舉辦嘉年華遊行，來自全台各地的森巴團隊，最年輕8歲，最年長88歲的數千名團員，19日下午3點將從中正紀念堂自由廣場出發，沿著中山南路、仁愛路走向終點凱道。
