今年是夢想基金會和台北市政府第12年舉辦嘉年華遊行，來自全台各地的森巴團隊，最年輕8歲，最年長88歲的數千名團員，19日下午3點將從中正紀念堂自由廣場出發，沿著中山南路、仁愛路走向終點凱道。

There's no land for Vietnamese refugee in Cambodia so they built their home in the lake. This picture won the beginner's first place of Plano Photo Competition in October 2012. The subject of this competition is 'Awareness'.
