With Paul behind the wheel we went to Waxahachie for the full bloom of the sunflowers Saturday afternoon. When we arrived we found most of the flowers were withering and the heavy cloud did not favor the photo situation. Fortunately there were a few good blooming left and the sun finally break through the cloud just before we were about to leave. On our way back home we stop at the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge for a look at the downtown Dallas. It was a pleasant surprise to find the old bridge beside the Margaret was converted to a nice park and many locals are making good use of it. Better news yet for us is it provides a great angle to shoot the downtown skyline from. Click the pictures for enlargement or the link here for more pictures.
