The third port to call for Carnival Vista was Civitavecchia, a port about one and half hour bus drive from Rome. From the port, we took a full day excursion by Cruising Excursion to Rome. The place we visited included many well known attractions such as the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navana and Vatican. In the mid day we were drop off at Trevi Fountain to have some free time of our own. We used this break to explore a nearby monument - the National Monument to Victor Emmanuel II.
